Subscription Policy

  1. Usage Terms: One subscription per person. Appointments under the subscription are non-transferable and strictly for the subscriber.

  2. Booking & Cancellation: Standard 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy applies. Missed appointments are forfeited without exceptions.

  3. Session Validity: Sessions don't roll over to subsequent months. Use them within the given timeframe, or they'll be lost.

  4. Booking Days: Appointments are typically set for Tuesday to Friday. Saturday's bookings are at the salon's discretion.

  5. Salon's Right: The salon reserves full rights to manage and allocate appointments.

  • What if I want extra services not covered in my plan?
    We’ll happily add on extras! Whether it’s a mask, braids, blowdry upgrade or event styling — you’ll receive a 10% subscriber discount on all add-ons and retail products. Just let your stylist or front of house know what you’d like and we’ll build it in.
  • Can I share my subscription with family or friends?
    To keep your experience consistent and ensure priority booking, subscriptions are currently non-transferable and just for you. Think of it as your personal hair-care membership — made just for your journey 💛
  • What if I miss a month? Can I roll over unused sessions?
