Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposit: A deposit secures your appointment. If unsure about the service, email us for guidance. You can also opt for a cut and blow-dry for an initial consultation. Service prices may be adjusted after consultation. Pricing and Consultation: All our service prices are calculated starting from a base rate, as the final cost is determined by the length of time required to complete each service. This varies for each client. A thorough consultation on pricing will always be conducted before commencing any service. Clients will be informed in advance if a supplementary charge is applicable, ensuring transparency and understanding of the final service cost. Cancellations: Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Deposits are non-refundable after this period. Missed appointments without a deposit may result in a fee on your next invoice. Skin Tests: Hair colouring requires a patch test 48 hours before the appointment. This is mandatory for both new and returning clients (after 3+ months). Regular tests ensure compliance with our product regulations. Complaints: Please address any concerns within 7 days of service. We’ll schedule an in-person meeting to address them. We are not liable for corrective work performed by another salon and do not issue refunds for completed services.
