Service Description

A freehand painted lightening technique. Lightening techniques will always need an additional color added on to the service to tone or blend the hair. We will always insist that you have a treatment with your color to ensure your hair stays strong so that you can continue to color your hair. Please note that there will be an additional cost for those services.

Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposit: A deposit secures your appointment. If unsure about the service, email us for guidance. You can also opt for a cut and blow-dry for initial consultation. Service prices may be adjusted after consultation. Cancellations: 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Deposits are non-refundable after this period. Missed appointments without a deposit may result in a fee on your next invoice. Skin Tests: Hair colouring requires a patch test 48 hours before the appointment. Both new and returning clients (after 3+ months) must undergo this. Regular tests ensure compliance with our product regulations. Complaints: Address concerns within 7 days of service. We’ll schedule an in-person meeting. We will not be liable for any corrective work done by another salon. Furthermore, we do not issue refunds for completed services.
