Deposits: A deposit secures your appointment. If unsure about the service, please email us for guidance. You may opt for a cut and blow-dry for an initial consultation.
Service Pricing and Consultation: All our service prices start from a base rate. The final cost is determined by the time required for each service, which varies per client. A detailed consultation on pricing is conducted before any service. Clients with hair extensions will be informed of the additional £20 charge during this consultation. This ensures transparency and understanding of the final service cost.
Cancellations: Please respect our 24-hour cancellation policy. Deposits/payments are non-refundable after this period.
Missed appointments without a paid deposit may result in a fee on your next invoice.
Skin Tests: A mandatory patch test for hair colouring is required 48 hours before the appointment for all clients, both new and returning (if it’s been over 3 months). This ensures compliance with our product regulations.
Complaints: Please address any service concerns within 7 days. We’ll arrange an in-person meeting to discuss and address them. We are not responsible for corrective work performed by another salon and do not issue refunds for completed services.
Your hair will be assessed by the salon owner to determine whether any further work will be carried out. Failure to follow the complaints procedure will result in the termination of the complaint.
