Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposit: A deposit secures your appointment. If unsure about the service, please email us for guidance. You may opt for a cut and blow-dry for an initial consultation. Note: Clients with hair extensions will incur an additional charge of £30 per service (including cut and blow-dry, blow-dries, colour, etc.). Service Pricing and Consultation: All our service prices start from a base rate. The final cost is determined by the time required for each service, which varies per client. A detailed consultation on pricing is conducted before any service. Clients with hair extensions will be informed of the additional £30 charge during this consultation. This ensures transparency and understanding of the final service cost. Cancellations: Our 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. Deposits are non-refundable after this period. Missed appointments without a deposit may result in a fee on your next invoice. Skin Tests: A mandatory patch test for hair colouring is required 48 hours before the appointment for all clients, both new and returning (if it’s been over 3 months). This ensures compliance with our product regulations. Complaints: Please address any service concerns within 7 days. We’ll arrange an in-person meeting to discuss and address them. We are not responsible for corrective work performed by another salon and do not issue refunds for completed services.
